Cuba also tests in severe patients the administration of hyper immune serum, from a person who already had Covid-19 and developed antibodies for defense against the virus, plasma that is extracted by a completely aseptic process and is administered with good results in the evolution, he pointed out.
He also mentioned other modalities so that people who are not ill but at high risk due to their work, age or illnesses they suffer, improve their immunity to face it without severe complications, among them Biomodulin T, the homeopathic medicine Prevengho-Vir, the vaccine VA-MENGOC-BC, against meningoencephalitis, as well as injectable and nasal drops interferon.
The specialist highlighted the nasal application of interferon as a preventive measure to health personnel, as they are among the most exposed to Covid-19, which will spread to other population groups.
